Job Summary
The IT Infrastructure Manager is responsible for overseeing the organization’s IT systems, networks, servers, and hardware infrastructure. The role ensures system reliability, security, scalability, and performance to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure (servers, networks, data centers, cloud systems)
• Ensure system availability, performance, and security
• Oversee installation, upgrades, and maintenance of hardware and software
• Lead and supervise IT support and infrastructure teams
• Implement disaster recovery and backup strategies
• Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues
