Location – Ikoyi, Lagos
Work-mode – Hybrid (2 days a week)
(would be required to work onsite beyond regular workdays when needed for events or special engagements)

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support the Managing Director of Rich Sleep, a growing fashion brand. This role combines administrative support with content creation, requiring someone resourceful, detail-oriented, and creatively inclined to help manage operations and enhance the brand’s digital presence.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Manage schedules, meetings, and appointments efficiently
* Coordinate internal and external communications
* Assist with business operations and administrative tasks
* Support planning and execution of brand activities
* Create and manage engaging content for social media platforms
* Capture and document behind-the-scenes brand moments
* Assist in maintaining brand consistency across all touchpoints
*Requirements*
* 2 –3 years experience in a similar role
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Proficiency in content creation and social media management
* High level of discretion and professionalism
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Content Creation (Core Requirement)
* Develop creative content (photos, videos, captions)
* Basic editing skills (mobile or software-based)
* Understanding of social media trends and storytelling
