Job Title – Student Recruitment Officer
Location – Ibadan, Oyo State (Field & Hybrid)
Employment Type – Contract (3 Months)
Remuneration – Commission + Transportation Allowance

Job Summary
StudyPath Advisory is seeking a proactive, persuasive, and results-driven Student Recruitment Officer to identify, engage, and convert qualified prospective students into paying clients for our study abroad programmes. The ideal candidate should be passionate about helping students achieve their international education goals while meeting recruitment and conversion targets.

Responsibilities
– Source and recruit qualified prospective students interested in studying abroad.
– Generate quality leads through online and offline channels.
– Counsel prospective students on suitable study opportunities and StudyPath Advisory’s services.
– Follow up with prospective students and convert qualified leads into paying clients.
– Promote StudyPath Advisory’s study abroad and scholarship opportunities.
– Meet assigned recruitment and conversion targets.

Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree or HND in any relevant discipline.
– Experience in sales, marketing, student recruitment, customer service, or business development is an added advantage.
– Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
– Strong ability to generate and convert quality leads.
– Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
– Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
– Willingness to commute for recruitment and outreach activities.
