Job Title – Supply Chain Executive (Bids & Tendering)
Location – Abuja, Nigeria
Salary – ₦400,000 – ₦600,000 Monthly + Bi-Annual Performance Bonus
Work Mode – Hybrid

Job Summary
A reputable company in the oil & gas sector is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Executive with strong expertise in procurement, bids/tendering, and logistics coordination. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with NIPEX tenders, double-envelope tender submissions (technical & commercial), and supply chain operations supporting IOC and NOC projects.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and track tender opportunities on NIPEX and other procurement platforms.
Prepare and coordinate technical and commercial bid submissions, including double-envelope tenders.
Review RFQs, RFPs, and ITTs and ensure compliance with submission requirements.
Manage vendor sourcing, quotation analysis, and purchase order processes.
Coordinate procurement logistics and supplier deliveries to meet project timelines.
Maintain tender registers, vendor databases, and procurement records.
Support tendering and procurement activities for projects involving IOCs and NOCs (e.g., Shell, Total Energies, ExxonMobil, Chevron, NNPC).

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, or a related field.
4–5 years experience in procurement, supply chain, and tendering within the oil & gas sector.
Demonstrated experience with NIPEX tenders and double-envelope bid submissions.
Strong negotiation, organizational, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
