Salary – ₦315,000 Net

Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Talent Acquisition Executive with strong experience in recruiting sales professionals. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment for target-driven roles and support business growth through strategic hiring.

Key Responsibilities
– Manage full-cycle recruitment
– Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs
– Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-performing talent.
– Screen, interview, and assess candidates using competency-based methods.
– Track recruitment metrics (TAT, conversion rate, offer acceptance).
– Ensure smooth onboarding handover and positive candidate experience.

Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
– Minimum of 3 years’ Talent Acquisition experience, preferably within a financial institution.
– Proven experience recruiting sales or target-driven roles.
– Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
– Experience using recruitment tools is an added advantage.
