JOB TITLE – VIDEO EDITOR & VIDEOGRAPHER
Job Location – Yaba, Lagos
Job Type (Full-time/Part-time, Remote, Hybrid) – Hybrid

Job Description:
We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Videographer to capture high-quality, premium content for our real estate brand.
You’ll be responsible for shooting property videos, lifestyle content, and marketing visuals that reflect a clean, modern, and aspirational brand image.

We’re also hiring a skilled Video Editor to turn raw footage into engaging, high-performing content for Instagram, TikTok, and other digital platforms.
This role is key to driving visibility, engagement, and sales through content.

Job Requirements (Includes Qualifications):

Videographer:
• Proven experience as a videographer (real estate is a plus)
• Skilled with cameras, lighting, and stabilization
• Good eye for aesthetics and luxury visuals
• Ability to direct subjects during filming
• Must be based in Lagos

Video Editor:
• Proficiency in CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools
• Strong understanding of social media trends
• Experience creating viral or high-engagement content
• Good storytelling and pacing skills
• Ability to meet deadlines consistently
