A reputable Oil & Gas company based in Victoria Island, Lagos, is seeking to hire a Senior Human Resources Executive to lead and strengthen its people management, HR operations, and organizational development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
•Lead end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
•Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems aligned with business objectives and industry best practices.
•Provide strategic HR support to management and line leaders.
•Drive learning and development, talent management, and succession planning initiatives.
•Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws and oil & gas industry regulations.
•Manage employee engagement, disciplinary processes, and grievance handling.
•Oversee payroll inputs, benefits administration, and HR reporting.

Requirements
•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
•A minimum of 10 years’ progressive HR experience, preferably within the Oil & Gas or related industrial sector.
•Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
•Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
•Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
•Strong problem-solving, organizational, and stakeholder management abilities.
