Job Title – Accounts Receivables Officer

Job Summary
Hundred Oak Investment Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivables Officer to support the finance team in managing financial records and ensuring timely recovery of outstanding payments.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment records
Perform daily bookkeeping and account reconciliation
Support monthly financial reporting and account balancing
Ensure proper filing of financial transactions
Monitor customer accounts for outstanding debts
Follow up with customers via calls, messages, and visits
Negotiate payment plans and ensure timely recovery
Maintain records of recovery activities
Escalate delinquent accounts when necessary
Requirements
OND / HND / BSc in Accounting, Finance, or related field
1–2 years relevant experience
Good knowledge of accounting principles
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Tally, and accounting tools
High attention to detail and integrity
Key Competencies

Confidence in handling clients and payment discussions
