Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Officer to manage our pharmaceutical store and inventory operations at our Yaba office.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day store operations and inventory levels.
• Ensure accurate documentation of stock receipts, movements, and dispatches.
• Perform regular stock audits and maintain organized records.
• Coordinate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure product availability.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant storage environment.
Requirements
• HND/B.Sc.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and inventory management software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• High level of integrity and ability to work with minimal supervision.
