Job Title – Ambulance Driver

Job Summary
The driver will be responsible for operating emergency vehicles such as ambulances to transport patients or medical supplies safely and efficiently. Day-to-day tasks include providing timely assistance during emergencies, adhering to road safety regulations, ensuring vehicle readiness and maintenance, and coordinating effectively with healthcare personnel.
Qualifications
• Proven skills in Defensive Driving and safe operation of emergency vehicles such as ambulances
• Experience with Emergency Services and the ability to respond effectively in high-pressure situations
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with patients, colleagues, and healthcare teams
• Ability to perform basic vehicle maintenance and ensure compliance with road safety regulations
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Trade Test Certificate
• Previous experience in medical or emergency transport is preferred
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and make critical decisions in urgent situations
• Male, aged 35 – 50 years
