JOB TITLE – Bancassurance Relationship Manager (BRM)

Job Summary:
– Drive insurance sales through assigned bank branches by building strong relationships with bank staff and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
– Sell insurance products within bank branches
– Build and manage relationships with bank staff/customers
– Achieve monthly sales targets
– Provide basic product support to bank teams
– Ensure proper documentation and reporting

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree
– Minimum of 2 years of sales experience (insurance/banking preferred)
– Good communication and target-driven mindset
