JOB TITLE – BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVES
Location – GRA, Ikeja – Lagos

Job Summary
A Health Screening Organisation is seeking result-driven and dynamic Business Development Executives to join her growing team. If you are passionate about sales, client relationship management, and driving business growth within the healthcare sector, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities (corporate clients, schools, organizations)
Drive sales of health screening packages and services
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Minimum of 3–6 years experience in business development or sales within the healthcare sector or HMO (MANDATORY)
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented
Good knowledge of Lagos business environment
