Job Description

Job Title – Business Development Manager (Oil & Gas)
Location – Lagos, Nigeria (with travel to Port Harcourt and other locations)

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
• 10–15 years oil & gas/business development experience
• Strong knowledge of Nigeria upstream oil & gas sector
• Experience with IOCS, indigenous operators, and key stakeholders
• Proven track record in sales, bids, and deal structuring

Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Build and manage sales pipeline and key client relationships
• Prepare bids, proposals, and lead contract negotiations
• Develop commercial strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Manage forecasts, contracts, and revenue performance
• Collaborate with operations, finance, legal, and engineering teams
