Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to identify and pursue new business opportunities, build strategic relationships, and drive revenue growth for our HR services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the HR industry, excellent sales and marketing skills, and a proven track record of success in business development.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute a business development strategy to achieve revenue growth targets.
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling.
3. Build and maintain strategic relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations.
4. Conduct needs assessments and present customized HR solutions to clients.
5. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and deliver proposals, pitches, and other sales materials.
6. Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
7. Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity.
8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements
1. Masters Degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Minimum 8 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the HR industry, alternatively Banking or Oil and Gas.
3. Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets.
4. Excellent sales, marketing, and communication skills.
5. Strong understanding of the HR industry and current market trends.
6. Ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
