Job Title – Business Development Officer (BDO) — 2 Positions
Location – Lagos Island (Onsite)
Type – Full-Time
Salary – ₦130,000 – ₦150,000 / month

Job Summary
We are hiring two Business Development Officers for a security services company specializing in the deployment of guards to organizations. This role is for individuals who can identify opportunities, close deals, and drive business growth.

What You’ll Do
– Identify and pursue new business opportunities
– ⁠Pitch security services to corporate clients and establishments
– ⁠Build and maintain strong client relationships
– ⁠Develop and execute strategies to increase client acquisition
– ⁠Meet and exceed sales and revenue targets
– ⁠Provide market insights and competitor analysis

What We’re Looking For
– Proven experience in business development or sales
– ⁠Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
– ⁠Ability to work independently and drive results
– ⁠Must be based close to Lagos Island
