Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Business Manager to oversee business operations, drive revenue growth, manage staff performance, and support the company’s marketing and social media activities.

Key Responsibilities
– Manage and coordinate daily business operations.
– Supervise staff and ensure high levels of productivity and performance.
– Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and business growth.
– Oversee social media activities and content creation to enhance brand visibility.
– Monitor business performance and prepare periodic reports.
– Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.

Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
– Minimum of 2–4 years’ experience in business management, operations, or a similar role.
– Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
– Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other business tools.
– Professional certifications or management-related training will be an added advantage.
