Job Description

Job Title – Business Strategy Manager
Location – Lagos 
Employment Type – Full-time

Key Responsibilities
Support development and execution of group-level strategic plans
Analyze business performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive corrective actions
Conduct business case analysis and provide strategic recommendations to the Board
Drive strategic initiatives and special projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Collaborate with business units and coordinate with other management teams to identify opportunities for growth and synergy
Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments
Provide strategic support to the Board and senior leadership
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to deliver strategic business objectives
Prepare periodic and strategic board level reports.

Requirements
MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic planning, business analysis, or related field
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Experience in business case development and strategic planning
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
