Job Description

Job Position – Call Center Representative 
Job Location – Lagos
Employment Type – Full-time

Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls from patients, clients, and partners in a professional and courteous manner.
Schedule appointments, handle enquiries, and provide accurate information about our services, tests, and procedures.
Make outbound calls for appointment confirmations, follow-ups, and reminders.
Manage patient complaints and escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary.
Update patient records accurately on the CRM/Health Information System.
Provide product/service information and address billing or insurance-related enquiries.
Maintain call logs, records, and generate daily reports on call activities.
Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless patient support.
Adhere to call center scripts, policies, and healthcare data protection standards.

Qualifications
Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
Proven experience as a Call Center Representative (1–2 years of experience preferred).
Experience in a healthcare or hospital environment is a strong advantage.
National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) completed (where applicable).

Requirements & Skills:
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and empathetic approach.
Ability to handle high call volumes and work under pressure.
Proficient in computer usage and CRM software.
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to speak clearly in English (additional local language is an advantage).
High level of integrity and confidentiality.
