• Prepare a variety of Nigerian meals and soups
• Ability to pound and handle traditional cooking methods
• Create new recipes and improve menu offerings
• Manage kitchen operations efficiently
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Chef
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian dishes
