Job Summary
The Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the organization’s compliance program to ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and internal policy requirements. The role provides strategic leadership in managing compliance risks and promoting ethical business practices across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and lead the company’s compliance strategy and framework
• Ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards
• Advise executive management and the Board on compliance matters
• Oversee internal compliance monitoring and reporting systems
• Investigate compliance breaches and recommend corrective actions
• Conduct compliance risk assessments
• Promote a culture of ethics and integrity
• Liaise with regulators and external stakeholders
