Location – Warri, Delta State

Job Summary
Ebenco Group Limited is seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead corporate marketing, business growth, brand positioning, stakeholder engagement, and commercial expansion initiatives across the Group’s operations.
This executive role requires a commercially astute leader with proven expertise in strategic marketing, business development, corporate communications, and market expansion within highly competitive industries.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement the company’s integrated marketing and growth strategy
Drive corporate brand visibility and market positioning
Lead business development and customer acquisition initiatives
Oversee digital marketing, media relations, and corporate communications
Conduct market intelligence and competitive analysis to support growth decisions
Build strategic partnerships and commercial opportunities
Lead and mentor the marketing and communications team
Collaborate with executive leadership to drive revenue growth and corporate objectives

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related discipline
MBA or professional marketing certification is an added advantage
Minimum of 15 years relevant experience, with significant leadership exposure
Experience within oil & gas, energy, industrial services, engineering, or related sectors is highly desirable
Strong understanding of strategic marketing, stakeholder management, and business growth
Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
