Content Agent /Onboarding Agent

Location –  #Abuja
Work Mode – On-Site
Salary –  ₦200,000 Net (plus additional perks)

Key Responsibilities
Create and update partner profiles (menus, descriptions, operational hours) with high accuracy.
Audit and maintain content to ensure compliance with quality standards and brand guidelines.
Collaborate with Sales and Account Management teams to onboard new partners seamlessly.
Edit and optimize images for enhanced visual appeal on the app.
Troubleshoot and resolve content-related issues reported by partners or internal teams.

Requirements
BSc/HND in a relevant field.
Minimum of 1 year related experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong listening and communication abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Commitment to efficiency without compromising quality or accuracy.
