Job Summary
We are hiring a Content Producer & Scriptwriter to lead the daily content engine across all arms of the production units. You will plan, script, and direct content, turning ideas into reels, shows, and stories that dominate our space online.

Key Requirements
Strong scriptwriting skills — able to write hooks, short-form video scripts, and content concepts that perform on social media.
Content planning & production experience — can build and run a daily/weekly content calendar across multiple brands or arms of the company.
Directing ability — can direct on-camera talent (CEO, team leads) to deliver natural, high-performing content.
Social media instinct — deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube trends, formats, and what makes content go viral.
Ownership mindset — self-driven, organised, and able to ship content consistently without being chased.

Qualification and Experience
A University Graduate with Minimum 5 years solid Experience in photography, video, or creative industries.
