Job Summary
We’re looking for a proactive Customer Service Officer to manage customer relationships, process orders, coordinate deliveries, and handle inquiries within the oil & gas sector.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree (relevant field)
• 1–2 years customer service experience
• Oil & gas / B2B experience is a plus
• Good communication & problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and ERP systems
