Job Title – Customer Service Officer
Location – Lekki Phase 1 (On-site)
Salary – ₦150,000/month

Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Officer to join our team within the oil & gas sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, processing orders, coordinating deliveries, and handling customer inquiries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain strong customer relationships
• Process customer orders accurately and promptly
• Coordinate deliveries and ensure timely fulfillment
• Handle inquiries, complaints, and provide solutions
• Maintain proper documentation and reporting

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• 1–2 years of customer service experience
• Experience in oil & gas or B2B is an added advantage
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and ERP systems
