Job Summary
We are a leading aesthetic clinic seeking a professional, proactive, and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
* Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media platforms.
* Schedule and manage client appointments.
* Provide accurate information regarding treatments, services, and clinic policies.
* Follow up with clients before and after appointments to ensure an excellent customer experience.
* Maintain accurate client records and reports.
* Escalate client concerns appropriately and ensure timely resolution.

Requirements
* Minimum of OND/HND/Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field.
* At least 2 years of experience in customer service, client relations, or a similar role.
* Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
* Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and meet response-time expectations.
* Previous experience in an aesthetic, healthcare, wellness, or hospitality environment is an added advantage.
