Job Description

Job Title – Customer Service Representative
Location – Victoria Island, Lagos
Salary – ₦250,000 – ₦300,000

Responsibilities
· Respond to customer inquiries across various channels.
· Resolve complaints and provide timely solutions.
· Process orders, requests, and follow-ups.
· Maintain accurate customer records and reports.
· Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
· Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Customer Service or a related role.
· Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
