Job Title – Customer Service Representative
Monthly Salary – ₦150,000
Job Type – On-site
Job Location – Lekki, Lagos.

Job Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
– Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service preferably within the beauty, retail, or hospitality sector.
– Computer literacy and proficiency with social media apps is a MUST.
– Strong time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
– Strong verbal and written English skills to communicate properly.
– Attention to detail with a commitment to quality standards.

Job Responsibilities:
– Fast and accurate replies to all inquiries online and offline.
– Confirming all retail orders and salon appointments with 100% detail accuracy.
– Politely resolving complaints and only involving management for major issues.
– Proactively reaching out after sales or services to secure reviews and ensure satisfaction.
– Clear communication of brand rules regarding timelines, returns, and salon punctuality.
– Active attendance in all scheduled meetings, performance appraisals, and brand activities.
