A FinTech brand in digital assets is hiring a Customer Service Officer to provide professional support for Bitcoin, digital gift cards, and crypto transactions.

Requirements
2+ Customer support or client service experience
Candidates from banks or fintechs are encouraged to apply
Strong communication & phone skills
Familiarity with CRM systems
