Job Title – Customer Service & Showroom Executive
Location – Ikoyi, Lagos
Salary – ₦250,000 – ₦300,000 monthly
Responsibilities
• Provide professional customer service to walk-in and online clients
• Develop and implement customer service strategies and policies
• Manage client interactions using CRM/customer tools
• Achieve sales targets and support revenue growth
• Create and manage social media and blog content
• Monitor campaigns and analyze performance KPIs
• Improve brand visibility and customer experience
• Support showroom operations and product marketing
Requirements
• HND/BSc in a relevant field
• 3–4 years’ experience in customer service and digital marketing
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Experience with Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, or similar tools
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of showroom or retail management
• Willingness to work 3 Saturdays monthly
