1. Customer Support Specialist (3–5 Years Experience)
Role Summary
The Customer Support Specialist will handle complex customer issues, payment-related escalations, and provide high-quality support across IMTO services while ensuring compliance and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Resolve customer inquiries related to payments, transfers, FX, and settlement issues
Handle escalations and complex cases professionally and efficiently
Collaborate with Operations, Treasury, and Compliance teams to resolve issues
Ensure adherence to SLAs, service standards, and regulatory requirements
Document customer interactions and maintain accurate service records
Contribute to process improvement and service optimization
Requirements
3–5 years experience in customer support within payments, fintech, or IMTO
Strong understanding of payment flows, transaction lifecycle, and service resolution
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and customer empathy
Ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated environment
2. Customer Support Associate (0–1 Year Experience)
Role Summary
The Customer Support Associate will provide frontline customer support, assist customers with basic inquiries, and escalate issues appropriately while learning IMTO operations and service processes.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone
Support customers with transaction tracking and basic payment issues
Escalate complex cases to senior team members when required
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Learn and comply with IMTO policies, procedures, and service standards
Requirements
0–1 year experience (fresh graduates welcome)
Basic understanding or strong interest in payments, fintech, or IMTO services
Good communication skills and customer-first mindset
Willingness to learn and grow in a regulated environment
Attention to detail and professionalism
