About the Role
ICS Outsourcing Nigeria Limited is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our client’s healthcare team specializing in radiology and diagnostic imaging. The successful candidate will support data-driven decision-making by analyzing clinical, operational, and financial data to improve patient outcomes, optimize workflows, and enhance service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
• Collect, clean, and analyze healthcare data related to radiology and diagnostic imaging services.
• Develop dashboards and reports to track key metrics such as patient volume, turnaround time, equipment utilization, and revenue.
• Interpret data trends to support clinical and operational improvements.
• Collaborate with radiologists, technicians, and administrative teams to understand data requirements.
• Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to improve efficiency and service quality.
• Provide insights to support strategic planning and business growth.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Health Informatics, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in healthcare, radiology, or diagnostic services.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Understanding of healthcare data systems and reporting standards is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly.
• High level of attention to detail and data accuracy.
