Job Title : Data Analyst
Location : Lagos

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst with 3+ years of verifiable experience to support our growing client services department.

The analyst will provide actionable insights from operational and client data to improve strategies, optimize processes, and help retain and grow client accounts.

This is a hands-on, client-focused role that requires both strong analytical skills and business awareness.

Key Responsibilities
Collect, clean, and analyze internal and client data related to placements, employee performance, and service delivery.
Develop dashboards and reports tracking KPIs for client satisfaction, candidate placement success, and departmental performance.

Identify trends and insights that inform strategies to improve client retention and service quality.

Collaborate with client managers, recruitment teams, and department leads to support decision-making and planning.
Conduct ad-hoc analyses for clients and internal teams to solve operational challenges.

Ensure data integrity and maintain accurate reporting to support audits, client reviews, and management decisions.

Assist in designing predictive models or metrics to anticipate client needs, identify risks, and improve placement outcomes.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or in a similar client-focused analytics role.
Strong experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel) and SQL or database querying.
Familiarity with analytics scripting (Python, R) is a plus.
Ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders, including clients.
Experience building predictive models for workforce planning or client engagement.
Knowledge of business process outsourcing (BPO) or professional services operations.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-growing department.
