JOB TITLE – DEPOSIT MOBILIZATION OFFICER
Location – Abule Egba, Lagos
Employment Type – Full-time
Industry – Microfinance Bank
Salary – ₦600,000 (Net) & Above

🔎 About the Role
We are seeking a result-driven professional to grow the bank’s deposit base by acquiring and managing customers for savings, current, and fixed deposit products while delivering excellent service and retention.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities
• Acquire new deposit customers (SMEs, individuals, corporates, associations)
• Drive deposit campaigns, product pitches & market activations
• Manage customer portfolio (onboarding, funding & retention)
• Build strong relationships with high-value clients
• Track pipeline & prepare performance reports
• Ensure compliance with KYC/AML and internal processes
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth operations

🎓 Requirements
• HND/BSc in any related discipline
• 3–5 years experience in sales/deposit mobilization (banking required)
• Strong sales, communication & relationship management skills
