Role Overview
The Digital Marketing Strategist role is to bridge the gap between creative storytelling and technical execution. This role will be responsible for creating high-impact sales assets, managing strategic ecosystem partnerships, and overseeing Sidmach’s digital footprint to drive user adoption for our educational and enterprise solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Enablement & Content: Create high-converting, sales-ready collaterals including pitch decks (product presentations), formal business proposals, and persuasive sales copies for landing pages and emails.
Partnership Management: Identify, establish, and manage relationships with product ecosystem brands. Collaborate on co-marketing initiatives to drive user engagement and platform adoption.
Digital Campaign Management: End-to-end management of paid media. This includes Google Display & Video 360, Social Media Ads (LinkedIn, Meta), and niche display service platforms to ensure maximum ROI.
Strategic Supervision: Supervise social media activities by setting the brand tone and strategy.
Internal Communications: Own the internal voice of the company by designing and drafting monthly newsletters and internal engagement collaterals.
Web & SEO Oversight: Maintain our online presence by managing the WordPress environment (blogs, articles, and comments) and applying basic SEO principles to improve organic visibility.
Product Marketing & UX Writing: Bridge the gap between technical functionality and user experience. You will craft clear, concise technical UX copy for product landing pages, app interfaces (inner pages), and tooltips to improve user journey and retention.
Feature GTM (Go-To-Market): Develop messaging frameworks for new product features, ensuring that technical updates are launched with clear messaging for the end-user.
Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between marketing, product teams, and external partners, ensuring all strategic objectives are aligned.
Requirements & Qualifications
3–5 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing, preferably within the Tech or EdTech space.
Exceptional ability to write professional business proposals and sales-oriented copy.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads (Display & Video) and Social Media Ad Managers.
Familiarity with WordPress (CMS management).
Basic understanding of SEO (keyword placement, meta-descriptions, and content structure).
Strong stakeholder relationship management; ability to influence cross-functional teams.
Ability to write micro-copy that guides users through a digital interface, making complex software feel intuitive.
Comfortable speaking with software developers to understand technical specs and turning them into benefit-driven marketing content.
Proficiency in presentation tools (PowerPoint/Canva) and email marketing software
