The Director of Operations provides executive leadership for all factory and plant activities, ensuring that Matna’s production systems operate with the highest levels of efficiency, quality compliance, safety discipline, and cost control. This role is responsible for translating strategy into operational excellence by aligning Production, Maintenance, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, Engineering functions into a cohesive, high-performance processing operation. The Director of Operations ensures that plant capacity, raw material utilization, workforce discipline, power and process reliability are consistently optimized to support commercial demand and sustainable profitability.
