Job Description

JOB TITLE – ESTATE SURVEYOR
Location – Lekki, Lagos
Salary – ₦150,000 + Commission
Work Hours – 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Responsibilities
• Conduct property valuations and appraisals
• Manage property sales, leases, and acquisitions
• Provide advice on land use and development
• Prepare feasibility and investment reports
• Negotiate property transactions

Requirements
• Degree in Estate Management or related field
• Professional certification is an advantage
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills
