Job Description

Job Title – Facility Officer
Location – Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type – Full-time

Responsibilities
Oversee and supervise all facility maintenance activities
Ensure proper operation of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and generator systems
Conduct regular inspections and handle maintenance issues
Prepare daily/weekly reports
Manage maintenance materials and ensure availability on site
Lead and coordinate technicians to ensure smooth operations

Requirements
Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or any related field
Experience in maintenance works (plumbing, electrical, generators, AC systems, etc.)
Good knowledge of maintenance materials and tools
Proficient in reporting using Microsoft Word and Excel
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and guide technicians.

Salary
N400,000 per month.
