Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Officer to oversee the financial operations of our real estate company.
The successful candidate will ensure accurate financial reporting, effective budget management, robust internal controls, and compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements.

The role will also support investment analysis, project finance, and cash flow management for ongoing property development and sales activities.

Requirements
BSc. Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Related field. Professional Certification such as ICAN or ACCA is required.
Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in real estate, construction or property development.
Ability to budget and manage cashflow, compliance and internal control, sales and property management.
