JOB TITLE – FOOD COST CONTROL OFFICER
Location – Ikoyi, Lagos

Job Summary
A reputable organization in the hospitality industry is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Food Cost Control Officer to manage and optimize food, beverage, and operational costs. The ideal candidate will play a key role in minimizing wastage, improving cost efficiency, and supporting overall profitability across all departments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
✅️Monitor and control food and beverage costs across operations
✅️Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock counts and reconciliations
✅️Track and analyse variances, wastage, and pilferage
✅️Prepare and present cost control reports to management
✅️Review supplier invoices, pricing, and procurement processes
✅️Ensure compliance with standard recipes and portion control
✅️Collaborate with kitchen and procurement teams to improve efficiency
✅️Implement cost-saving initiatives

REQUIREMENTS
✅️ B.Sc / HND in Accounting, Finance, Statistics ,Hospitality Management, or related field
✅️ Minimum of 2–5 years’ experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
✅️ Strong knowledge of inventory management and cost control principles
✅️Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, etc.)
✅️High level of accuracy and attention to detail
✅️ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
✅️ Integrity and ability to handle confidential financial information

💰 ₦200,000 – ₦250,000 (Monthly Gross)
