Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead the launch and operations of a premium Buka restaurant in Lagos. This role goes beyond supervision — we need a strategic operator who can blend authentic local cuisine with world-class service standards.
You will oversee the full business lifecycle, from setting up supply chains and kitchen workflows to driving marketing, managing finances, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
Launch & Operations: Lead pre-launch planning, kitchen setup, and develop operational SOPs.
Production & Quality: Oversee food production, ensuring consistency, hygiene, and quality standards.
Procurement & Inventory: Build reliable vendor networks and manage inventory to reduce waste.
Financial Management: Manage P&L, monitor costs, and provide financial insights for pricing and efficiency.
Marketing & Customer Experience: Drive brand awareness, attract customers, and maintain excellent service.
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing restaurant team.
Candidate Profile
4-7years experience in F&B, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
Proven experience launching or managing high-volume restaurants.
Strong knowledge of procurement, menu costing, and Lagos operations.
Degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field (F&B certifications are a plus).
Highly numerate, tech-savvy, and a strong communicator.
