Work Mode – Onsite (Monday – Friday)
Salary – ₦200,000 net monthly
Job Summary
We are seeking a driven Business Development Executive to generate leads, close property sales, and grow client relationships in the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities
1. Identify and generate new sales leads
2. Market and sell company properties
3. Build and maintain client relationships
4. Conduct property inspections with clients
5. Meet monthly sales targets
6. Prepare sales reports and follow-ups
Requirements
1. OND/HND/B.Sc. in any field
2. 3–4 years sales or real estate experience
3. Strong communication and negotiation skills
4. Target-driven and confident
