Job Title – Head of Verification & Background Checks
Location – Lekki, Lagos
Type: Full-time- Onsite

We are seeking an experienced Head of Verification & Background Checks to lead and scale our verification function, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence across all background and identity verification processes. The ideal candidate must have experience in an Outsourcing Company.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead verification strategy, governance, and quality standards
Oversee end-to-end verification operations and SLAs
Ensure compliance with regulatory and data protection requirements
Manage risk, audits, and complex verification cases
Build and lead a high-performing verification team

Requirements:
7+ years’ experience in verification, compliance, risk, or operations
Proven leadership in regulated or multi-market environments
Strong knowledge of background checks, data integrity, and process optimization
Excellent stakeholder and people management skills
