Job Overview
We’re looking for a people-first HMO Customer Service Officer to serve as the bridge between clients and healthcare providers.
You will handle enquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure clients access medical care smoothly and without stress.
If you are patient, calm under pressure, and can explain medical insurance in simple English and Pidgin, this role is for you.
📝 Key Responsibilities
Handle client enquiries and provide accurate information
Resolve complaints efficiently and professionally
Support clients in accessing healthcare services
Maintain strong communication between clients and providers
Deliver excellent customer experience at all touchpoints
✅ Requirements
Minimum of HND / BSc in:
Health Sciences
Public Health
Nursing
Pharmacy Technician
Business Administration
Social Sciences
NYSC completed or exemption certificate required
Strong communication skills (English & Pidgin)
Patient, calm, and customer-focused personality
➕ Preferred Qualifications
Certification in Customer Service, Healthcare Administration, or HMO Operations
