Job Title – Hotel Floor Supervisor
Location – Wuse 2, Abuja
Industry – Hotel and Apartment
Salary – 250,000 – 300,000

Job Summary
The Floor Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of guest room floors and public areas, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction. The role involves supervising housekeeping staff, inspecting rooms, and maintaining quality service standards.

Key Responsibilities
* Supervise housekeeping staff and assign daily duties.
* Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and quality standards.
* Ensure rooms are ready for guest arrivals on time.
* Monitor staff attendance, productivity, and performance.
* Report maintenance issues and follow up on repairs.
* Train and coach housekeeping staff on hotel standards and procedures.

Qualifications
* OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
* Minimum of 3 years’ experience in housekeeping, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role in a reputable hotel.
* Strong leadership and organizational skills.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
* Attention to detail and commitment to high service standards.
