Job Title – HR / Administrative Executive 
Location – Mile 2, Lagos
Employment Type – Full-Time (6 days a week)
Salary – ₦250,000 Net

About the Role:
A growing manufacturing company is seeking a competent and experienced HR /Administrative Manager to set up, manage, and structure the Human Resources and Administrative Department. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building efficient systems, driving organizational effectiveness, and ensuring compliance with best HR practices.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage HR and administrative policies and procedures.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
Design and manage performance management systems and staff evaluations.
Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
Supervise administrative operations to ensure smooth day-to-day business activities.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Drive staff engagement, training, and development initiatives.
Manage payroll coordination, leave administration, and benefits.
Support management with strategic HR planning and decision-making.

Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in Human Resources and Administration, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Strong knowledge of HR policies, recruitment processes, performance management, and regulatory compliance.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build systems and work independently in a growing organization.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management tools is an added advantage.
