Job Title – HR Associate

Job Summary
A Freight forwarding company is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to support and manage a range of human resource functions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration and ensure alignment with organizational.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Implement HR policies and procedures
• Support performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback systems
• Coordinate training and development initiatives
• Manage payroll inputs, leave tracking, and attendance records
• Prepare periodic HR reports and analytics for management review

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in any field however Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field have an advantage
• At least 2years of experience in an HR role
• Accountable, Committed and dedicated personnel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software systems
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism
