Job Title – HR Associate
Location – Ikeja, Lagos State
Employment Type – Hybrid
Salary expectation – 200,000ngn
Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail oriented HR Associate to support our human resources operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across core HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end to end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and interviews
• Support onboarding and orientation programs for new hires
• Maintain accurate employee records and update HR databases
• Assist in implementing performance management processes
• Coordinate learning and development initiatives across teams
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices
• Provide support in employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary processes
• Support payroll processes, including accurate computation and remittance of statutory deductions.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a generalist HR role
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Good understanding of Nigerian labor laws and HR practices
• High level of organization and attention to detail
