Job Title – HR Coordinator
Location – Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type – Full-Time
Salary – ₦400,000 – ₦500,000

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support and manage day-to-day human resource operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes for new employees
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Support performance management and appraisal processes
• Handle employee relations issues and provide HR support to staff
• Assist in payroll coordination and benefits administration
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Organize training and development programs
• Prepare HR reports and documentation
• Support implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Coordinate internal communication between management and staff

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree / HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR or administrative roles
• Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with HR software or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
