Role – HR Officer
Sector – Banking
Location – Lagos mainland

Job Summary
A smart HR officer is required for a Microfinance Bank on the mainland.

Duties:
Support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Assist in implementing HR policies and ensuring compliance with labor laws
• Coordinate training and development initiatives
• Support performance management processes (appraisals, KPIs, reviews)
• Manage staff welfare, engagement, and retention initiatives
• Handle employee inquiries and support conflict resolution
• Assist in payroll preparation and compensation administration
• Prepare HR reports and analytics for management decision-making

Requirements:
At least 3 years experience in this role.
Possesses B.Sc/ HND in any relevant course of study

Salary: N250,000 net ( this can be negotiated upwards depending on the skill level).
